My Epson Printer stopped printing on one of our busiest work weeks and I phoned the Team at Perth Digital and luckily they had the part in stock that my printer needed and I took the printer to them and they replaced the part while I waited and I was in and out in 20 minutes! They were friendly, professional and very helpful which is so refreshing ... a positive easy experience! Thanks guys!

I had an issue with my TCL TV which was replaced under warranty. TCL used Perth Digital to assess the issue and subsequently replaced the TV. The service and support I received form Perth Digital was OUTSTANDING. The replacement TV was delivered promptly and Thai went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Highly recommend Perth Digital !!!

Excellent service. The PD team went above and beyond to fix my receiver on time. They kept me on the loop on every stages of the repair. They even let me to collect the product beyond their normal business hours. I highly recommend Perth digital for any of your electronic repair needs.

Amazing service from these guys! Was really persistent with the manufacturer (Onkyo) to first troubleshoot then sort out a warranty issue and get me a replacement TX NR 7100 A/V Receiver. Thanks Thai for all your help!

Thai provides the customer experience you wish you got everywhere. I had my Yamaha receiver mainboard replaced. The job was quoted and done in a timely manner with updates on progress and no surprises. I will be using them again and highly recommend you do too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I was served by Thai. He helped carry the micorwaves too and from my car because they were really heavy. He also explained the issues and was transparent about the wait time to fix it. We originally came in for one microwave but the service was so good we brought our second in for repairs. 10/10 would use again.
